August 2026 — Present Part-Time- Manage a team of 15+ executive members to plan and execute events for a club of 100+ members.
- Oversee the planning and execution of the club's annual events, including a hackathon, CTF, and various workshops and speaker events throughout the year.
- Build connections with industry professionals to bring in speakers and sponsors for events, and to create opportunities for members.

A suite of professional tools built with Svelte & WASM, hosted on Vercel. Uses the Typst typesetting system to generate beautiful, custom documents with a simple interface. Some tooling backed by OpenAI's API platform, allowing for uploading of documents to fill in data.

Sitch is a company that provides smart rfid buisness cards. I like the card, but their website desinger is clunky and limited. So, I built my own version of their website using ElysiaJS and hosted on Vercel.

About Me
Hi, I'm Austin Sternberg 👋. I'm a Computer Science senior at Kent State with a passion for cybersecurity and networking. This past summer I interned at Awetomaton, a small but growing defense contractor based in Beavercreek, Ohio, where I built internal tools for the IT department to help streamline operations. On campus, I serve as President of HacKSU, Kent State's computer science club, and as President of Kent State's Combat Robotics club. Outside of class, I spend my time on personal projects, hackathons, and CTFs. Recently I placed first at Hack Dearborn 4 and the Quantum CTF at BSidesCLE 2026, and won two tracks at NexHacks 2026.
